Beginning January 21, 2027, Emilie Bromley, LLC will be offering the STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer Instructor Training Course right here at our studio in Naples.
Many of you already know Meghan Bailey, who has worked with me for many years. We are thrilled to share that Meghan has recently completed her training to become a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and will be teaching this upcoming course. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who would like to become a Pilates instructor or deepen their understanding of the STOTT PILATES® method to improve their own Pilates practice.
The course provides comprehensive education in reformer exercises, movement principles, anatomy, biomechanics, and effective teaching techniques. It is designed for aspiring instructors as well as Pilates enthusiasts who want to expand their knowledge and skills.
