“Emmy started teaching me Anti-Gravity Yoga two years ago. There were some positions that I never believed I would learn, but she has patiently guided me to do most of them. If I had started this in my thirties or forties instead of my sixties, I know that I would be able to do all of them instead of most of them. And I have not given up on the two poses that I am still trying to learn. So don’t let age hold you back! And an extra bonus is that there is lots of stretching in many of the poses.

Anti-Gravity Yoga is so much fun that you don’t realize that you are exercising. It is the first exercise class that I have ever looked forward to doing.

I highly recommend it to everyone.”

“I have known and worked with Emilie for sixteen years and during that time have found her to be one of the most motivated and energetic colleagues with whom I have had the pleasure of working. I first worked with Emilie when she was a member of the faculty in charge of the dance program at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson Ohio. Whatever she was involved in she was involved with it 100%. She completely immerses herself in her work and puts her heart into every aspect of the process. I found her always looking for ways to expand her own horizons and push herself to new limits.

I highly recommend Emilie for any activity or position that involves interaction with people. She is sensitive, an excellent listener and an outstanding teacher.”

“No one should even contemplate back surgery without seeing Emmy first. I had a very debilitating issue with my L5 and I now consider myself cured. Thank you, Emmy!”
